3.Payments & Fees
- All fees must be paid as per the agreed schedule
- Late payments may result in suspension of services
- Fees paid are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in our Return & Refund Policy
4.Results Disclaimer
While we strive to deliver the best possible outcomes, we do not guarantee specific results such as search engine rankings, traffic volume, or revenue growth, as these depend on multiple external factors.
5.Intellectual Property
All materials created byHostie Cloudremain our property until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership or usage rights will be transferred as agreed.
6.Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project.
7.Third-Party Services
We may use third-party tools and platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, analytics tools). We are not responsible for changes, downtime, or policies of third-party services.
8. Limitation of Liability
OPENCART shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9.Termination
Either party may terminate services by providing written notice. Termination does not entitle the client to a refund for services already rendered.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of United States/Delaware.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
